Half Black Half White Sexy Teens

Maybe your new black-and-white cat saunters into the room like he's wearing a tuxedo at a black-tie fundraiser. Or is she always eyeing you as if she's the judge and you're accused of withholding snacks? Whatever your new kitten's personality, their sophisticated black-and-white coat may offer you the best clues for picking out the perfect name.

Classic black-and-white coloring lends itself to many categories of inspiration. For instance, if your new family member is mostly black with a white chest, he's got what's generally known as a "tuxedo" effect. Which might lead you to dapper names like Fred Astaire or Carey Grant. If your new feline friend has a body of one color and feet in the contrasting hue, capitalize on her apparent footwear with a name like Boots, Socks, or Chuck Taylor.

Does your two-tone kitty have distinctive stripes or spots? Maybe a name like Zebra or Domino will do. Or you could honor a favorite movie character with black-and-white themed names like Cruella, Snoopy, or Matrix.

Most spider bites are minor, although they can cause mild swelling or allergic reactions. But a small percentage of teens become ill after being bitten by brown recluse or black widow spiders. Although not everyone will have a reaction, you should see a doctor and get treatment quickly if you think you've been bitten by one of these spiders.

In order to secure a living for their families, they were forced to give up their young and innocent bodies to those willing to pay the price. For the most part these were wealthy black men and white foreigners. The heroine of this story belongs to this group of girls.

The Europeans were left with their mouths open; they scoffed at the man for his insult to the white color. Everything was excusable for the European, as long a black speck was not cast on their godly whiteness . . .

As a Black female growing up during a time when it was rare to see people who looked like me and shared similar experiences/interests represented within the media, I was delighted to see myself reflected in the multicultural alternative teen characters who were navigating their first year of art school in the fictional goth town of Wet Moon. Not only was I taken by the storyline that depicted the day to day life of an angsty group of friends, I was also exquisitely inspired by the black and white realistic-yet stylized illustrations.

Flash forward a couple decades and I have had the opportunity to dive deeply into the genre of slice of life graphic novels. Among them, The Nao of Brown by Glyn Dillion is my favorite. Worth the read for the breathtaking watercolor illustrations alone, this graphic novel explores the everyday life of Nao-a half Japanese, half white young woman as she struggles with a form of OCD that causes her to have intrusive violent thoughts, searches for love, and dreams of a career in illustration. Themes of addiction, mental health, biracial identity, and healing are beautifully intwined within this phenomenal read. 2ff7e9595c
